Qualifications

• Experience leading fabrication operations for piping, structural welding, or skid fabrication.
• Familiarity with ASME, AWS, API, NBIC and other quality requirements.
• Knowledge of welding procedures (WPS), PQR, WPQ and material traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fabrication facility operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish standardized fabrication workflows and production expectations.
• Oversee QA/QC, Materials & Logistics, and shop staffing.
• Coordinate with project management, BIM/VDC, procurement, and field leadership to meet schedules.
• Support fabrication system implementations and track performance against targets.
