Job summary
SkyWater Technology Foundry in Austin, TX seeks a Fab Product Engineer who owns product performance from fab manufacturing through testing and drives improvements. You will investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis, and collaborate with process and test teams.
You will guide associate engineers and technicians and work with other groups on assembly‑level and customer‑related concerns to ensure product quality and reliability across
Qualifications
- BS in engineering with 5+ years of related experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- MS or PhD degree is a plus.
- Semiconductor industry experience required.
- Technical expertise in product, performance, data analysis, and testing characterization.
- Experience with testers and SORT yield testing methodologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product performance from fab manufacturing to testing and drive improvements.
