Qualifications

• Ability to lead projects in data analysis and testing characterization.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical test performance of all Fab25 products.
• Investigate WET issues using statistical methods.
• Collaborate with engineers on improvements and yield management.
• Conduct electrical failure analysis to determine failure signatures.
• Drive projects for wafer level reliability improvements.
