Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering with 5+ years of related semiconductor experience.
• MS or PhD degree is a plus.
• Prior semiconductor industry experience is required.
• Technical expertise in product, performance, data analysis, and testing characterization, with ability to lead projects.

• Own product performance throughout fab manufacturing and testing.
• Investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical/electrical analysis.
