Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) to drive growth across industries by delivering tailored accounting solutions. You will lead engagements, guide teams, and present strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of public accounting experience, CPA eligibility, and strong communication skills. The role includes significant travel and a pathway to leadership within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline and approximately 3 to 5 years of experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure in your work state
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge
• Deep understanding of marketplace terms, processes and tools
• Proven record of excellence in managing and mentoring a high-performing team
• Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues including regulations and industry practices
• Willingness to travel and work long hours when necessary
• Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites

• Collaborating with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy while balancing risk and expectations
