Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a Delivery Lead Construction Manager to oversee a team of project inspectors on FAA facility projects. You will provide on-site construction oversight, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, contracts, and FAA requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive on-time delivery.

Applicants must be a US citizen and able to pass a Public Trust background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction management, on-site delivery, QA/QC or related aviation/federal projects.
• PMP/CCM/PE or OSHA 30 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection personnel and enforce FAA standards on site.
• Review reports, logs, and records for accuracy and corrective action.
• Coordinate priorities, training, and professional development.
• Oversee on-site FAA construction activities and verify conformance with drawings and specs.
• Monitor contractor performance and conduct field inspections and audits.
