Job summary

P17 Solutions is seeking a Project Inspector to monitor, inspect, document, and verify construction activities supporting the FAA BNATCS program. You will provide field oversight of contractors, ensure compliance with designs, standards, and safety regulations, and support facility acceptance and turnover.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in construction inspection or related services, strong communication, and extensive travel to FAA sites across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• Experience in construction inspection, QA, field engineering, or owner's representative roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and quality management procedures.
• Willingness to travel extensively to FAA facilities and project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of construction, renovation, infrastructure, and installation activities.
• Monitor contractor compliance with contract requirements, designs, specs, and FAA standards.
• Document construction progress, labor, equipment, and site conditions daily.
• Verify materials and installation methods meet project requirements and manufacturer specs.
• Witness site testing, commissioning activities, and system readiness demonstrations.
• Maintain detailed inspection logs, photos, reports, and punch lists.
