Job summary

LTIMindtree in Chandler, AZ is hiring an experienced Load Balancing Service Fulfillment Engineer to support the Bank of America networking infrastructure. Role focuses on delivering, validating and maintaining application delivery systems with strong emphasis on F5 LTM/GTM, APM and SSL offload in a large, global team.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, design validation, security controls, and KPI/SLA adherence while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of F5 LTM and GTM experience
• 1+ year AVIVMware experience or equivalent
• Strong networking troubleshooting in complex environments
• Expertise in application switching and traffic management
• Experience with F5 API iControl and integration
• Security principles in design and deployment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Application Delivery infrastructure
• Create designs based on best practices and security principles
• Ensure security controls are implemented and operating effectively
• Lifecycle management and patching programs
• Create runbooks for downstream execution teams
• Collaborate with engineering and operations from design to transition
• Perform design validation and QA testing for production deployment
• Maintain KPI standards and SLA compliance
• Reduce incidents by enforcing peer reviews
• Prepare metrics reports for senior leadership
