Overview

Are you a dynamic, results-driven F&I leader with a passion for performance and sales? Hello Auto Group is seeking an experienced Senior F&I Manager to drive success, coach our team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute dealership F&I strategies that maximize PVR, speed, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to boost overall performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all state/federal regulations
• Daily reporting on F&I performance, CIT, and cash management
• Train and coach sales staff, including onboarding and F&I test-outs
• Manage receivable schedules and manufacturer program compliance
• Deliver performance expectations of 2.5 products per deal and $2,500 PVR with high CSI

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years as an F&I Manager (not Sales Manager)
• At least 1 year of proven F&I experience
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and customer service skills
• Technology-focused and proficient with OEM-required tools
• Skilled at securing approvals across all credit profiles
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
