Pyramid Global Hospitality, at the OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City, seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager. You will lead the F&B team, ensure top-tier service, manage costs, and implement standards aligned with our luxury hotel culture.

Responsibilities include menu development, staff development, payroll oversight, and cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience in luxury hotel F&B is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Attend weekly meetings and relay event information to staff.
• Share information about Food and Beverage capabilities to other departments or clients.
• Respond to guests and potential guests’ needs and requests.
• Ensure food, beverage, and service standards meet first-class operations.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Develop and maintain cycle menus and event menus.
• Oversee hiring, training, and payroll for F&B staff.
• Support in all F&B outlets as needed.
