Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a highly motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. You will lead by example, oversee the F&B operation, and drive fiduciary and quality goals while aligning with the Benchmark standards.

Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, communicating capabilities to departments and clients, responding to guest needs, maintaining service quality, managing costs, and assisting in hiring and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel restaurant or full-service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant and positive personality; well organized.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay event info to staff.
• Share capabilities and programs with other departments and clients.
• Respond to guest requests and needs.
• Maintain high standards of F&B quality and service.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Use inventory, receiving and product utilization systems.
• Lead by following productivity standards for F&B staff.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere to motivate employees.
• Assist with hiring and training of F&B personnel.
• Support other F&B outlets as needed.
