Job summary

OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is hiring a Senior Food and Beverage Manager to lead the Chido Restaurant team and oversee restaurant operations along the Oklahoma River. You will partner with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive profitable performance.

We seek a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management with 3+ years of restaurant management, strong cost control and financial acumen, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, including independent restaurants.
• Understanding of the financial data that impact the restaurant’s performance.
• Strong cost control background to effectively manage the financial performance of each outlet.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted revenue and labor expenses.
• Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to meet and exceed standards.
• Direct and maintain food handling in compliance with sanitation laws.
• Ensure compliance with Pyramid Global Hospitality policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Promote employee empowerment and high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop and implement training initiatives to support service culture.
