Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel restaurant or full-service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant, positive personality and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay event information to staff.
• Share capabilities and programs with other departments and clients.
• Respond to guest needs and requests.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage and service quality meet first-class expectations.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory and product cost systems.
• Lead by example to maintain productivity standards.
• Help with hiring and training for F&B staff.
• Support other food and beverage outlets as needed.
