Job summary

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations across Elements Restaurant, Jade Bar, In-Room Dining, and Poolside service. You will drive menu development, uphold exacting quality, and mentor a high-performing culinary team in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership in fine dining, strong cost control, and a passion for hospitality excellence to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets.

• Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to support financial goals.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards across all areas.
• Support VIP events and special guest requests with exceptional service.
