Job summary

Paradigm Max Q LLC is seeking an experienced F-35 Strategic Basing & Beddown Analyst to support ACC beddown planning, infrastructure assessments, and readiness integration across the Air Force. The role focuses on strategic basing, force posture analysis, and enterprise-wide decision support.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of DoD planning experience, active Secret clearance, and willingness to travel frequently to installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Engineering, Planning, Business, Operations Research, Military Studies, or related field.
• Active Secret Clearance and readiness to travel frequently.
• 15+ years supporting DoD strategic planning, basing, logistics, or sustainment activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic basing and beddown analyses for F-35A beddown planning.
• Plan and participate in on-site installation assessments across the Air Force enterprise.
• Coordinate with ACC, HAF, SAF, ANGB, MAJCOMs, Wings, JPOs, SPOs, planners, and civil engineers.
• Analyze readiness and sustainment impacts of basing decisions and identify risks.
