Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced F-35 Avionics Instructor and SME to deliver classroom lectures and hands-on training to F-35 customers at Eglin Air Force Base, FL, ensuring operational readiness and safety.

The role involves developing and delivering training materials, coordinating CBT and labs, and collaborating with the Training Team to meet program objectives, with travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as required. Active Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in operation and integration of 4th and 5th generation fighter avionics systems with 3-5 years of fighter airframe systems maintenance experience.
• Experience delivering academic and/or OJT training on 4th/5th generation military fighter aircraft.
• Active Secret Clearance with investigation within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom academic lectures and provide practical laboratory demonstrations.
• Monitor CBT and provide academics, testing, and evaluation.
• Develop and deliver remedial student training as needed.
• Revise and develop training lesson plans, materials, and syllabi.
• Ensure classrooms, labs, and learning centers are operational and ready for training.
• Coordinate all required technical training and outside contract training programs.
