Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Aircraft Maintenance Training Team at MCAS Yuma, AZ seeks a seasoned postsales SME for F-35 maintenance support across US and international sites. You will lead training, certify instructors, and develop course materials while serving as the primary expert on ALIS, CMMS, and repair procedures.

The role requires travel, nights and weekends as needed, and the ability to obtain a Final Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years aircraft maintenance experience; bachelor’s degree accepted with 3 years experience.
• 2+ years of F-35B model experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information Systems).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to work any assigned shift to support alternate schedules and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for F-35 Aircraft Maintenance, Joint Technical data, CMMS documentation, Action Request processing, and training design.
• Train multiple trainees on ground handling, engine removal, and other component replacement for the F-35.
• Certify instructors and oversee quality oversight and standardization of course materials.
• Frequent travel, potentially with short notice, including support for Foreign Partner locations; nights/weekends as required.
