Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 8+ years manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Technical expertise in polymer processing and extrusion processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical and capital projects from concept through implementation and ramp-up.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a site-wide technical leader for extrusion processes and related wire and cable technologies.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Establish robust process windows, control strategies, and setup standards across extrusion platforms.
• Lead the design, procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ramp-up of new extrusion lines and equipment.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support global facilities as required.
