Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing or process engineering in high-speed/automated environments.
• Proven polymer processing and extrusion expertise.
• Ability to lead complex technical/capital projects from concept to ramp-up.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site-wide technical leader for extrusion processes and related wire/cable technologies.
• Maintain production floor presence and collaborate with operators, maintenance, quality, and engineering to solve issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Establish process windows, control strategies, setup standards, and best practices for extrusion platforms.
• Lead procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ramp-up of new extrusion lines and equipment.
• Support startup and optimization of lines at global facilities, including travel.
• Capture and institutionalize critical extrusion knowledge through documentation and training.
