• FINRA Series SIE, 6, 63, L&H
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment

Responsibilities

• Identify senior contacts within targeted firms to achieve profitable sales and Lincoln's product growth.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from sale to issuance.
• Conduct firm/institution meetings to achieve sales targets.
• Develop understanding of target firms and value propositions.
• Develop and maintain a more complex sales program to increase revenue and market share.
• Penetrate territory by growing relationships within existing firms/institutions.
• Maintain sales call data and complete reports.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for the territory.
• Utilize expense budgets to maximize opportunities.
• Support growth across Lincoln's products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to compliance policies.
