Kforce's client in New Jersey is seeking an External Reporting Manager to oversee external financial reporting, quarterly and annual filings, and coordination with auditors. This hybrid position requires a CPA with 8+ years of public-company reporting experience and strong GAAP knowledge.

You will drive ESG disclosures, debt covenant calculations, and collaborate across treasury, FP&A, and finance teams. The role offers a path to influence financial reporting processes in a growing industrial

Qualifications

• CPA with 8+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience.
• Public company experience required; Big 4 a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to evolve processes with growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare external financial filings in compliance with GAAP and SEC rules.
• Prepare footnotes and coordinate quarterly earnings materials.
• Lead ESG reporting and disclosures with Sustainability group.
• Collaborate with auditors, treasury, FP&A, and executives.
• Review filings for accuracy and ensure adherence to standards.
