Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is assisting a large, publicly traded client in Chicago with an Interim External Reporting Manager role. The position supports the External Reporting team on SEC reporting, technical accounting, and financial reporting controls, with exposure to 10-Q/10-K processes and SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SEC reporting experience, U.S. GAAP knowledge, and CPA status, plus the ability to mentor staff and coordinate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K preparation, including footnotes and MD&A.
