Job summary

Solenis, a global water and hygiene solutions provider headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Senior Accountant – External Reporting. This role reports to the Senior Manager of External Reporting and combines strong accounting fundamentals with advanced spreadsheet skills to prepare financial statements and disclosures.

You will own quarterly and annual filings, coordinate with audit teams, manage journal entries for debt and equity accounting, and support management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting research.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• CPA License or active pursuit of CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support quarterly and annual filings and footnotes.
• Own the trial balance refresh process and Workiva link publishing.
• Lead and coordinate audit requests with auditors and management.
• Perform monthly management reporting to private equity ownership.
• Support debt, equity accounting and related disclosures.
