Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking an Senior Accountant - External Reporting to join our Wilmington, DE HQ in a hybrid role. You will prepare quarterly/annual filings, assemble consolidated statements, and collaborate with investor relations and FP&A on earnings materials.

The position emphasizes strong accounting fundamentals, data analysis, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. You will own the balance sheet processes, manage disclosures, and support debt accounting and capital market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting research.
• CPA License or active pursuit of CPA license.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: data analysis, spreadsheet optimization, clean presentation and logical organization.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support the completion of quarterly and annual filings.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and full set of footnote disclosures, including maintaining disclosure checklist.
• Draft MD&A and coordinate congruence to earnings materials with investor relations/FP&A.
• Own the trial balance refresh process and Workiva link publishing.
• Lead and organize the process for gathering required support for disclosures.
• Detail review of financial statements including tick & tie, footing, and disclosure proofreading.
• Own quarterly flux process with management and auditors.
• Be the main contact for audit requests and ensure timely furnishing to auditors.
• Perform monthly management reporting to private equity ownership.
• Support debt accounting and capital markets activities as needed.
