Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent business experience.
• Strong financial tracking and reporting skills.
• Experience with contract administration, invoice reconciliation, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting, payments, and financial reconciliation for clinical drug supply.
• Ensure timely submission of contract requests with accurate financial data.
• Authorize payment of invoices per AbbVie guidelines and resolve discrepancies.
• Track actuals and forecasts for external vendor contracts and POs.
• Generate monthly KPI and actionable reports for leadership; support cross-functional teams.
