Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a CDSM Payment Analyst to support procurement, supplier management, contracting, and financial operations for clinical drug supply. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing, payment, and issue resolution, while driving process improvements.

The role requires a finance/ accounting background, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP, TM1, and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred with 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
Experience supporting contract administration, invoice reconciliation, and payment processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide reporting and insights to leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Proficient Excel skills; TM1 and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support procurement, supplier management, contracting, financial operations, reporting and process improvements for clinical drug supply.
Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve order issues and discrepancies.
Update vendor systems and initiate timely payments to suppliers.
Track open orders and perform root-cause analysis for process improvements.
Provide backup coverage for PTP Supervisors and mentor junior staff.
