Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Communications, the role requires strong writing, judgment, and collaboration across Corporate Affairs and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality messaging and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 8+ years of corporate communications experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sectors.
• Experience leading external communications, corporate narrative, reputation and/or thought leadership programs in a complex or regulated environment.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling and message development skills across executive, corporate and external stakeholder audiences.
• Ability to operate independently with sound judgment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating effectively with senior functional leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate external communications strategies translating priorities into cohesive storytelling.
• Support the company’s external corporate narrative across channels, materials and opportunities.
• Lead development of external communications materials including messaging, leadership materials and narrative tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align external storytelling with business priorities.
• Strengthen external communications processes, tools and best practices as the organization grows.
