Window Hero Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our growing team. You will step into a fully equipped service truck on day one and perform interior and exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

This is not an entry-level role. You bring hands-on exterior cleaning experience, ladder safety up to 32 feet, physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and high quality.

Qualifications

• Direct professional experience in exterior cleaning (window cleaning, pressure washing) is required.
• Ability to handle ladders up to 32 feet safely.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Window cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate pressure washers and soft-wash systems for exteriors.
• Maintain gutters and perform basic maintenance of equipment.
• Keep trucks tidy and manage tools and hoses.
• Provide professional on-site customer service.
