Window Hero Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our fast-growing exterior cleaning team. This is not an entry-level role; you will hit the ground running with a fully equipped service truck, performing window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter care to exacting standards.

You must have hands-on experience with residential and commercial cleaning, work safely outdoors, and handle ladders up to 32 feet.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience in exterior cleaning (window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing) required.
• Ability to safely work outdoors and handle ladders up to 32 ft.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage daily routes without supervision.
