Job summary

Window Hero Charlotte is seeking a Lead Technician to perform and lead low-rise exterior services for residential and commercial clients while delivering excellent customer service on-site.

You will identify customer needs, supervise team members, and maintain safety practices. This role offers commissioning opportunities on residential work, growth into leadership, and ongoing training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior services preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (low-rise).
• Sales mindset for residential work (we train — no pressure selling).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services
• Lead and support team members on residential and commercial jobs
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Identify additional service needs for residential customers (commission eligible)
• Follow all safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection
• Ensure job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Complete basic job documentation and reporting
