Qualifications

• Experience in exterior cleaning is a plus, not required.
• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Detail-oriented and coachable.
• Willing to undergo paid training.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial sites.
• Operate pressure washers and soft-wash systems safely.
• Inspect and maintain gutters as needed.
• Care for fleet equipment and vehicles.
