Window Hero Atlanta is seeking motivated Field Technicians for residential and commercial exterior maintenance. You’ll perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter care, and fleet support while training on our equipment and safety standards. Prior experience is helpful but not required—paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in exterior cleaning, roofing, landscaping, or construction is a plus.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle ladders up to 32 feet.
• Reliability and punctuality; dependability on the job and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented and coachable; able to learn our high-efficiency methods.

Responsibilities

• Window Cleaning: interior and exterior cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
• Pressure & Soft Washing: operate commercial-grade equipment to clean siding, roofs, driveways, and decks.
