Job summary

Agile Space Industries, Inc. is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Contracts. The role focuses on ITAR/EAR compliance, contract reviews, and risk management in a small, fast-growing aerospace environment.

You will partner with Program, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to translate complex requirements into practical processes. The position offers onsite or remote work options, with priority for candidates in states where Agile operates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, supply chain, engineering, legal studies, or related field.
• Five or more years in export controls, trade compliance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements and their application to contracts and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead export jurisdiction and classification assessments (USML/ECCN).
• Assist in licensing/authorization requirements and license applications.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance records and tracking tools.
• Review contracts for export-control obligations and negotiate terms.
• Embed compliance into day-to-day business activities across org.
