Job summary

Culmen International is hiring for a Sr. Exploitation Specialist/Data Steward to support NGA on-site in Springfield, VA. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI/Poly eligibility and a strong background in data science, GIS, and automation.

You will coordinate with clients to design data-driven solutions, lead automated workflows, and mentor teams while applying advanced analytics to geospatial datasets and metadata systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI/Poly.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong GIS knowledge and ESRI tool proficiency.
• Senior Python data science and visualization skills.
• Experience with large structured/unstructured data and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven solutions and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into tasks.
• Apply exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop and optimize data management processes and models.
• Mentor team members and build high-performing teams.
• Support NGA metadata cataloging and GEOINT content management.
