Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Exploitation Specialist/Data Scientist to support on-site at NGA in Springfield, VA. This role focuses on turning complex datasets into actionable insights and building automated data workflows to enhance GEOINT products.

The position requires strong Python data-science skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with geospatial tools, dashboards, and DoD/IC data environments. Immediate hire for mission-driven work.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI/Poly.
• 9+ years of data science, automation, software development, data engineering, GEOINT support, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience supporting IC operations.
• Background in intelligence analysis or data science for intelligence missions.
• Proficient in Python and its data science stack.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to translate questions into data-driven solutions.
• Develop automated processes and data science workflows.
• Architect data science solutions and analytical pipelines.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured data to identify patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate roadmap features into tasks.
