Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a Sr. Exploitation Specialist/Data Steward to provide on-site support at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Joint Base Lewis -McChord, Washington, supporting an Analysis Office (AOT/US SOCOM).

The Data Steward will coordinate with clients to design data-driven solutions, lead automated processes, and develop data science workflows. Master’s degree in Data Science or related field and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI government clearance.
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field.
• Experience with AI/ML development and deployment.
• Experience with data modeling, GEOINT/SIGINT/OSINT datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of data-driven solutions and automate workflows.
• Translate road map features into components and tasks with stakeholders.
• Apply exploratory data analysis to identify meaningful patterns in complex data.
• Develop and optimize data management strategies and models.
• Mentor team members to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain GEOINT/SIGINT/OSINT data repositories.
