Job summary

Prolific, a leader in human data for AI development, seeks a Senior Expert Acquisition Lead to architect and scale our global expert contributor network. You’ll build acquisition engines across software engineering, healthcare, finance and beyond, combining hands-on sourcing with strategic thinking.

You’ll own end‑to‑end journeys, develop scalable playbooks, and use data to optimise funnels and quality. This role partners across Product, Engineering and Data Science to meet evolving customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of acquisition strategy experience in specialist talent or expert communities.
• Experience with marketplaces, expert networks or two-sided ecosystems is a plus.
• Proven ability to build scalable sourcing channels and funnels.
• Experience sourcing technical audiences across domains and geographies.
• Data-driven testing, analytics and dashboard reporting to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable acquisition programs across domains like software engineering, healthcare and finance.
• Own the end-to-end expert acquisition journey from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design systems and playbooks to scale acquisition operations.
• Use data to optimize channels, funnel conversion and expert quality.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to meet demand.
• Shape Prolific’s expert acquisition function with scalable processes.
