MATTE Projects in New York is seeking a Senior Experiential Producer to lead high-end production for a diverse client roster. You will oversee projects from kickoff to delivery, manage budgets, timelines, and a mix of full-time and contracted staff, ensuring feasibility with technical partners.

You will work alongside Client Services, Creative, Strategy and Operations to deliver standout experiences, maintain brand integrity, comply with permits, and maximize profitability in partnership with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing production.
• Experience managing a team with diverse working styles.
• Strong problem-solving and client-relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets up to $3MM.
• Knowledge of permits and regulations for events.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end experiential production from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop production plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with AV, lighting, fabrication, and vendors.
• Oversee on-site installation and load-in.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with all permits and safety regulations.
