Job summary

Unboxed Group, a Los Angeles-based global creative agency, is seeking an Executive Producer to lead large-scale experiential projects from concept to completion. You will bridge creative vision with operational excellence, guiding Producers and cross-functional teams while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

The role oversees strategy, planning, execution, and post-project evaluation, ensuring profitability and high quality across programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in event production, experiential marketing or integrated agency environments.
• Proven success leading multimillion-dollar programs and cross functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large scale budgets.
• Deep vendor, venue, and partner relationships across the industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and creative goals are met.
• Own the end-to-end production lifecycle, including strategy, planning, execution, delivery, and post-project evaluation.
• Anticipate risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with profitability goals.
• Maintain high-level visibility on project health, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
• Lead the development, review, and submission of multiple RFPs concurrently.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with client needs.
• Support business development initiatives by providing production insight, feasibility assessment, and budget guidance.
