Role emphasizes revenue responsibility, long-term client partnerships, and new business opportunities while partnering with Strategy, Production, and Creative teams for premium brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in account leadership and experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Executive presence with senior client advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic business lead across assigned client portfolios.
• Provide long-term experiential strategy counsel aligned to client objectives.
• Lead growth planning and account health checks.
• Identify and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Pitch development for new business and organic expansion.
• Ensure deliverables meet client KPIs and goals.
• Coach junior leaders and mentor account teams.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment across Strategy, Creative, Production, and Content.
• Oversee profitability and forecasting across programs.
