POPUPFLORIST™, based in New York, is hiring a Senior Events Manager to run day-to-day events for installations, activations, and workshops at POPUPFLORIST™ and HOUSE OF THREE in NoMad. You’ll report to the Founder, lead our Events Coordinator, and take events from booking through breakdown—on time, on budget, and to standard.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in event production or floral production, exceptional organization, and a strong eye for design.

Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years in event production, experiential, or floral production.
• Experience supervising staff or freelance crews across multiple projects.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through; proficient with Google Workspace and Airtable.
• Strong creative eye and taste for design and detail.
• Calm, clear communication with clients, vendors, and crews.
• Flexibility for early mornings and some evenings/weekends; hands-on setup in NYC.
• Experience in floral or luxury/lifestyle events preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day event operations from booking to breakdown.
• Own production calendars, timelines, and run-of-show with Coordinator.
• Handle logistics: deliveries, load-in/out, COIs, permits.
• Coordinate floral and hard-goods with the Founder.
• Source and manage vendors and rentals.
• Lead on-site for top events, directing staff and vendors.
• Build and track budgets and support proposals.
• Review invoices against final scope and change orders.
