Job summary

Crush Studio invites a Senior Event Manager to lead complex experiential projects in Denver and NYC. You will own client relationships, budgets, vendor coordination, and cross-team collaboration from kickoff to close-out, ensuring deliverables meet program goals.

The role requires traveling between markets and maintaining high standards across production, design, and logistics. The position blends in-office Denver work with remote NYC responsibilities, and includes a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in event, experiential production, or design/production industries.
• 3+ years in lead or senior capacity including budgets ownership.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor, fabricator, and rental relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and act as on-site decision-maker.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like Airtable or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Own client communication from kickoff through post-mortem — primary point of contact.
• Manage weekly project meetings, agendas, and action items.
• Build and own project timeline from kickoff to close-out.
• Budget ownership: track, forecast, and reconcile costs.
• Coordinate with design/production teams to create build and production packages.
• Ensure post-project closeout and lessons learned are captured.
