Crush Studio is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead client communications, budget tracking, and multi-project coordination for Denver and NYC markets. You will drive production from kickoff to close, balance creative goals with logistics, and collaborate with design and operations teams.

The role offers a base salary range of $70,000-$90,000 with an eligible annual bonus. Remote and in-office work options vary by city, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own client communication from kickoff through post-mortem.
• Lead weekly internal project meetings and manage agendas.
• Coordinate with operations on invoicing schedules and reconciliations.
• Develop guest experiences balancing client goals, on-site considerations, and budgets.
