Job summary

SilverTech, Inc. is seeking a Lead Experience Strategist to shape data-driven digital strategies. You will lead client projects, translate research into actionable strategies, and guide design through execution while evaluating performance post-launch.

You’ll collaborate with CX, UX, Content, and Development teams, facilitating workshops, creating strategy canvases, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Location-flexible with hybrid Bedford, NH or US-wide remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field (UX certificate preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years CX or user-centered research; 1–3 years developing content strategies and information architectures.
• Expert at producing strategy outputs including strategy briefs, digital strategies, content strategies, journey maps, and design concepts.
• Strong facilitation skills leading project teams in participatory and collaborative design sessions.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex user problems through content and design; familiarity with design thinking.
• Desire to improve processes and mentor and grow team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research at every stage of the product lifecycle; map journeys and key experiences.
• Synthesize research into actionable, customer-centric digital experiences.
• Translate outputs into engagement plans, roadmaps, and design concepts.
• Collaborate with client teams to facilitate stakeholder research, strategy, and design sessions.
• Create strategy canvases, guiding principles, briefs, to align client and stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops on audience segmentation, SEO, personalization, analytics, and more.
• Develop customer-centric content and personalization strategies addressing needs and funnels.
• Present detailed strategy to clients and internal teams.
• Guide ideas into clear concept models, flows, and preliminary UX designs.
• Establish design goals for the UX phase and ensure adherence during delivery.
• Provide feedback across flows, wireframes, visuals, and content with CX/UX teams.
