Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Experience Designer with strong web/IVA focus to join our Chicago-based team. You will translate creative vision into production-ready digital experiences, balancing brand expression, user experience, and technical feasibility.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in digital design, proven experience within regulated industries, and a deep understanding of design systems and front-end collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience designing digital experiences within established design systems.
• Strong understanding of component-based design, responsive behavior, reusable patterns, and system-driven execution.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between experience design and front-end development, including the ability to design within technical constraints while advocating for design quality.

Responsibilities

• Executing Work Independently: Owning projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor.
• Operating with Minimal Oversight: Exercising sound judgment while maintaining momentum and quality.
• Designing Within Systems: Applying design systems, components, tokens and responsive behaviors.
• Bridging Craft and Production: Translating creative intent with brand and technical realities.
• Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Partnering with Art, Copy, Development, and other Designers.
• Applying Design Judgment: Evaluating tradeoffs and making informed execution decisions.
• Mentoring Through Practice: Elevating peers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
