Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to craft exceptional customer and employee experiences using human-centered design. You will analyze client needs, design strategies, and collaborate to create intuitive journeys, wireframes, prototypes and visuals for multi-channel touchpoints.

As a Senior Associate, you will build client connections, mentor teammates, and navigate ambiguity while delivering high-quality design solutions that advance PwC's customer engagement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in experience design or related field.

Responsibilities

Design and implement user-centered experiences across customer and employee touchpoints.
Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for multi-channel experiences.
Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to inform decisions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve satisfaction.
Develop visual designs and interactive elements aligned with brand and UX strategy.
Lead creation of digital experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Mentor junior team members in design methodologies.
