Job summary

PwC seeks a Senior Experience Designer in Chicago to craft customer and employee experiences using human-centered design. You'll design strategies, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to improve touchpoints across channels.

Join our Commercial & Service Excellence practice to collaborate with clients, conduct user research and usability testing, mentor teammates, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience required
• Experience in customer and employee experience design preferred

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing user-centered experience strategies to enhance customer and employee interactions
• Collaborating with clients to develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize touchpoints
• Utilizing design thinking and human-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction
• Leading the creation of digital customer experiences across platforms including mobile and web
• Mentoring junior team members in design methodologies and project execution
