Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst in Expense Accounting to oversee multi-brand expense reporting. You will drive the month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across Freight, Marketing, Selling, and G&A expenses.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years of relevant experience with US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity or publicly traded environment.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Drive month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support internal controls, audit readiness and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations and other teams on expense initiatives.
• Assist with system changes, data analytics and process improvements.
• Collaborate across brands and channels for accurate expense accounting.
