• Ability to coordinate across time zones during non-standard hours
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global freight invoice submission and audit process across transport modes and VF regions
• Build partnerships with CASS and VF stakeholders to improve invoice processing efficiency and reduce disputes
• Track audit savings, on-time invoicing, spend by mode/carrier, and provider performance
• Support monthly financial close and accruals with reporting and analysis
• Create Power BI dashboards for global freight spend and accessorial charges
• Escalation contact between service providers, CASS, and VF finance for monthly payment issues
• Host regular meetings with providers, finance, and logistics teams to ensure visibility to spend and invoice processing metrics
• Ensure VF location tables and audit tools data accuracy; coordinate with CASS to keep rate cards active
• Collaborate with CASS to improve the CassPort analytics tool
