Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Regional Senior Analyst – Expense Accounting to oversee expense accounting across multiple brands and channels. The role emphasizes accurate and compliant reporting, supporting period-end close, and partnering with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong US GAAP knowledge, 4+ years of accounting experience, and a proven ability to improve processes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including in multi-entity or publicly traded environments.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience contributing to month-end close, internal control compliance, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Drive month-end close activities with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis across expenses.
• Ensure accurate, timely expense reporting for financial statements and close timelines.
• Support quarterly and annual SEC reporting requirements.
• Provide audit support documentation and act as expense accounting liaison for audits.
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, FP&A, Legal, and IT on expense-impacting initiatives.
